Troubleshooting

• If you are trying to uninstall a program through Add/Remove Programs, but uninstallation fails, it may be because your registry is corrupted. Microsoft offers a tool called Windows Installer CleanUp Utility which will help make Windows think that your program doesn't exist on your machine. Quick Tricks

• When using Windows Remote Desktop on Windows Server 2003, it insists on treating every remote login as a seperate user session. If you rather access the console session, you can append the "/console" command line argument after the hostname and it will start or resume your existing console session as if you were physically in front of the computer.
