Using NdisWrapper to Enable Wireless with a Dell 1350

  • TODO: Enter instructions on installing ndiswrapper and Wireless Tools for Linux.

  • After you installed NdisWrapper and Wireless Tools for Linux tools. The following commands should connect you to a wireless WEP protected network using open authentication and an ASCII password.
$ su
# iwconfig wlan0 essid <wireless network>
# iwconfig wlan0 key s:password
# iwconfig wlan0 key open
# dhclient wlan0
